Hydrostatic Tools

ECOROLL’s hydrostatic HG tools can roller burnish and deep roll even the most complex contours and free-form surfaces.

The HG tools can be applied with CNC-controlled lathes, drills, milling machines and machining centers as well as with manually controlled machines.

HG tools can process materials up to a hardness of 65 HRC. This group of tools includes types HG2 – HG25.
